Attachment adductors abductors GIOT9 Body-Solid | intended for exercises in a sitting position.
Leaders | legs spread wide apart and then you should pull your legs towards you. This exercise engages all adductor muscles of the thigh | muscles: comb, great adductor, long adductor, short and slender adductor.
Diversities | the lower limbs in a narrow position, and then take your thighs away from you as far as possible. The exercise involves the large gluteus muscles, and medium gluteus muscles.
